It’s that time of year almost! Practices are slated to begin this Sunday, Sept 22! Below is the time slot for each age group’s Sunday practice slot.

8U – 8-9 am
10U – 9:15-10:15 am
12U – 10:30 -11:30 am
14U – 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
18U – 1-2 pm

Please arrive early enough to get changed and have a brief discussion with coaches prior to getting on the ice.

Reminder!!: Neck Laceration Protection (neck guards) are MANDATORY for all practices and games. Please ensure your skater has theirs in their bag each time they come to the rink. They will not be permitted on the ice without one.
